Visual Designer (m/f/d)

Frankfurt/Remote
Vollzeit

Design work that makes an impact

At Paperless, you don’t create “nice-to-have visuals”. You design visual experiences that make a complex B2B SaaS product clear, appealing, and measurably more successful.
You’ll work closely with Marketing, Product, and Development — with real ownership, fast decisions, and tangible influence on both brand and product.

Your role – practical & hands-on

Performance-driven visual content

  • Visuals for website, landing pages, ads, newsletters, social media, and presentations
  • Campaign assets that don’t just look good, but actually convert

UI / UX design for the Paperless product

  • Evolving and maintaining the visual interface
  • Collaborating with Product and Development on new features
  • Strong focus on clarity, usability, and a consistent design system

Thinking design through to implementation

  • Close collaboration with developers
  • Best case (not required): You implement designs directly in Webflow or prepare them optimally for handoff

What you bring

  • Several years of experience in visual, digital, or UI design (agency, in-house, or both)
  • Strong sense for typography, layout, color, and visual hierarchy
  • Experience with tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, or similar
  • Understanding of how design supports marketing and product goals
  • Structured, self-driven working style and a sense of ownership

Important: You don’t need to be perfect at everything. If you cover most of this and are eager to grow, we’d love to hear from you.

How we work

  • Remote-first mindset with a hybrid setup (home office & Frankfurt office)
  • Small, well-aligned teams with direct communication
  • Clear goals instead of micromanagement
  • Design is treated as a strategic lever — not decoration
  • Open, pragmatic, respectful culture — no corporate politics

Sounds like you?

Send us your portfolio (or work samples) and a few lines about yourself.
No perfect cover letter needed — we want to see how you think and design.
