Free Trial
How does the 14-day free trial work?
Free trials provide you with a full version of our Business plan for 14 days. You get the full experience of the depth and breadth of Paperless, so you know exactly what you’re getting when you become a Paperless customer.
Do I need to enter my payment information when I sign up for a free trial?
No. You can sign up and use Paperless for 14 days without entering your payment card information. At the end of your trial you will need to pick a plan and enter your payment details.
What happens after my free trial?
After the 14 day trial you will need to start a subscription to keep on sending documents. At this stage, you will need to enter your payment details and confirm your subscription.

What is a document process?
With Paperless you can either upload a PDF file, create a smart document with the no-code editor or create an online form. Each time you have sent a document or someone has started to fill the online form this counts as a document process started.
Are Paperless digital signatures legally binding?
Yes, definitely. After completion of the signature process, each document receives an audit trail that proves the authenticity and integrity of the document. As evidence in court, it proves the origin and authenticity of signatures and captured data.
Can I integrate with 3rd party apps?
Via Zapier and Make, you have over 5.000+ integrations you can use to connect Paperless directly to third party apps like Salesforce, Pipedrive & Slack.

Paperless is made and hosted in Germany. Our top priority is to protect the data of European businesses. All our servers are located in Germany and your data will never leave the EU. Read more about security.
What kind of payments do you accept?
